"Don't just take our
word for it, here's what other law enforcement professionals are
saying......
"Chief Mary F. Rabadeau is not just a
pioneer in law enforcement because she was the first woman Transit Police
Chief in the nation. This incredible accomplishment is rooted in her being
one of the state's leading experts in all civil service topics relevant to
police promotional examinations. As owner of Edcon Press, the state's
largest police bookstore, Chief Rabadeau has continued in her never-ending
quest for knowledge, and it reflects magnificently in her teaching of the
material. Simply, there is no one better to learn from if you want to come
out on the top of your list."
"Chief Kelly is widely respected
within the profession not only for his technical and conceptual skills, but
also for his ability to teach a wide range of law enforcement subjects. He
is a man who speaks from experience, and I am privileged to have trained
under him"
Chief Dennis Connell, Clark Police Department
#1 scoring candidate
2007 NJDOP Police Chiefs Exam
"Only a cop with professional legal
training, who has also scored #1 on promotional exams, could make such an
overwhelming amount of case law and statutory law so perfectly clear.
Captain Corcoran kept me focused and made the complex simple. Captain
Corcoran's insightful instruction and legal expertise made me #1 on my
exam."
Lieutenant Dennis Bogdan, West Orange Police Department
#l scoring candidate (2nd
HIGHEST SCORE IN THE STATE)
